Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its entire content, including products, elements, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, databases, interfaces, other codes, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These materials are owned by LandSpace Architecture or its licensors. 

No part of these materials may be copied, resold, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of LandSpace Architecture, except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorized use of the materials is strictly prohibited.

The products offered by LandSpace Architecture come with three types of licenses: personal license, commercial license, and extended commercial license. Users must review the terms of the appropriate license based on their intended use of the products.

Return and Refund Policy

As a marketplace, LandSpace Architecture offers products that may be available for purchase either for a fee or free of charge. Users can access these products through the website and make purchases either as a member or a visitor. When purchasing products, users' payment method data is processed and stored by a third-party payment system. LandSpace Architecture does not process or store any information related to the payment process.

The products offered by LandSpace Architecture are delivered instantly and digitally to the buyer. Therefore, the buyer has no right to return or cancel the purchase. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including the termination of this agreement for any reason.

From time to time, LandSpace Architecture may include contests, promotions, discounts, sweepstakes, or other activities ("Promotions") that require users to submit material or information about themselves. These Promotions may be governed by separate rules that may have specific eligibility requirements, such as age and geographic restrictions. Users are responsible for reading all Promotions rules to determine their eligibility. By entering any Promotion, users agree to comply with all rules and regulations associated with that Promotion.

In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, LandSpace Architecture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price. LandSpace Architecture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and the user's credit card charged. If the user's credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, LandSpace Architecture will immediately issue a credit to the user's credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.
