Shipping & Delivery Policy

LandSpace Architecture sells digital products — Photoshop and Procreate brushes, vector files, PSD templates, PNG cutouts, CAD blocks, PowerPoint and Keynote templates, PDF guidebooks, and on-demand video courses. Because everything we sell is digital, there is no physical shipment, no shipping fees, and no waiting for a courier. Delivery is electronic and instant.

How delivery works

The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen automatically:

  1. An order confirmation email is sent to the address you used at checkout, containing direct download links for every file in your order.
  2. The same downloads appear inside your customer account (if you created one) under Order history → View order, so you can re-download them at any time in the future.

If you don't see the order confirmation in your inbox within the window above, check your spam, promotions, and "updates" folders before contacting us — order confirmation emails occasionally end up there.

File formats and download sizes

Each product page lists the file format, file size, and required software. Most assets are delivered as a single ZIP archive containing the source files. Larger products (the All-in-ONE Bundle, multi-gigabyte brush packs) may be split into multiple ZIPs or delivered via a hosted download link.

We recommend downloading from a desktop computer with a stable internet connection. Mobile browsers can struggle with very large archives — if you need to download on iPad or iPhone, use a file manager app that supports ZIP extraction (Files app, Documents by Readdle).

If your download isn't working

The vast majority of download issues are caused by an interrupted connection or a partial download. Try these steps in order:

  1. Re-download from your order confirmation email or customer account.
  2. If the ZIP appears small or won't open, your browser probably stopped the download early — try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  3. Check that you have enough free disk space and that your extraction tool is up to date.
  4. If the file is still corrupted or the link has expired, email us at info@landscapearchitecture.store with your order number — we'll resend the file within one business day.

Account access and lifetime re-download

If you created an account at checkout, your purchases stay attached to it permanently. You can log in any time at your account page to re-download files. Guest checkouts can also re-request files by emailing us with the order number and the email address used.

Refused or failed payments

If your payment is declined, refunded by your bank, or charged back, your download access will be revoked and your account access to the files will be removed. No files are released until payment is fully confirmed.

Taxes and duties

Because our products are delivered digitally and never cross a physical border, there are no customs duties or import fees. However, applicable digital taxes (VAT in the UK/EU, GST in Australia, sales tax in some US states, JCT in Japan, etc.) are calculated and added at checkout based on the billing address you provide. The tax amount is shown on your invoice.

Physical items

LandSpace Architecture does not currently ship physical goods. If we add physical items (such as printed books or merchandise) in the future, a separate physical shipping section will be added to this policy along with rates and carrier information.

International availability

Our digital products are available worldwide, in over 200 countries and territories, with prices displayed in your local currency. There are no geographic restrictions on access. If a payment method isn't available in your country, please use a card or PayPal.

Data privacy

The only personal information we collect for delivery is the email address you use at checkout, which we use to send your order confirmation and download links. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
