I Made a Viral AI Real Estate Video with ONE Tool (Lovart AI Full Tutorial)

How to Create 4 AI-Powered Real Estate Videos from a Single Architectural Rendering

Creating high-end real estate marketing content used to require a team of architects, 3D artists, videographers, motion designers, and web developers. Today, AI makes it possible to produce an entire marketing campaign from a single architectural rendering.

In this tutorial, I’ll show you the workflow I used to create four cinematic real estate videos, along with branding, a website, and marketing materials — all inside Lovart AI.

What You’ll Create

Starting with just one exterior architectural rendering, you’ll generate:

  • Video 1: Construction-to-Architecture Transformation
  • Video 2: Exterior-to-Interior Camera Transition
  • Video 3: AI Real Estate Agent Room Introduction
  • Video 4: Real Estate Agent Leads Viewers Upstairs

You’ll also learn how to generate matching interior renderings, edit furniture with AI, create new camera angles, build a brand identity, generate a website, and create marketing materials.

Step 1: Start with an Architectural Rendering

Create a new project in Lovart AI and upload your architectural rendering to the canvas.

Switch to Video mode, choose your preferred video model, and prepare your first prompt. In this workflow, I used Seedance 2.0, which delivers strong results for cinematic architectural video generation.

Video 1: Construction to Architecture Transformation

Instead of starting with the completed building, describe an empty construction site as the opening scene. The AI gradually transforms the site into the finished villa while adding cinematic camera movement, 3D titles, and animated callout graphics.

Prompt

Cinematic drone shot of a raw rocky mountain covered with forest. Futuristic holographic terrain scan and contour lines appear. Giant metallic 3D text [TENNIS VILLA] emerges from the mountain, built from glowing digital particles and blueprint wireframes. Time-lapse construction begins: mountain cut-and-fill operations, excavation, retaining walls, foundations, steel structure assembly, cantilevered floors, glass curtain walls, and an elevated tennis court. The architecture rapidly transforms into a luxury modern cliffside villa integrated into the mountain. The [TENNIS VILLA] title remains floating above the site with cyan holographic glow and technology-inspired animations. Final golden-hour drone orbit around the completed villa, ultra-realistic architectural visualization, Apple Vision Pro aesthetic, Tesla-inspired design language, photorealistic construction sequence, 8K, cinematic lighting, volumetric atmosphere.

Step 2: Generate a Matching Interior Rendering

To create a seamless transition into the house, you’ll first need an interior rendering that matches the exterior architecture.

Lovart supports multiple image generation models. My favorite options are Nano Banana and ChatGPT, both of which can produce high-quality architectural interiors.

Generate an interior that matches the villa’s architectural style, materials, lighting, furniture, and overall design language. The result should feel like it belongs to the same project.

Video 2: Exterior to Interior Transition

Now switch back to Video mode. Use the exterior rendering as the start frame and the interior rendering as the end frame.

This creates a smooth camera movement from outside the villa directly into the living room. The AI can also animate furniture appearing naturally during the transition.

Prompt

Luxury architectural cinematic. Start with a wide aerial view of the cliffside tennis villa embedded in the mountain. The camera smoothly flies toward the glass facade above the tennis court and passes through the transparent wall into the living room. As the camera enters, the interior is nearly empty. Bauhaus-style furniture gradually appears and assembles itself: white modular sofa, chrome coffee tables, black leather lounge chairs, minimalist lighting. Furniture elegantly pops into place through seamless architectural animation. Natural light transitions from soft morning light to warm golden-hour sunlight as the camera moves deeper into the space. Shadows and reflections shift across the floor and glass surfaces. Renzo Piano-inspired high-tech architecture, ultra-thin steel structure, floor-to-ceiling glass, minimalist luxury, photorealistic materials, cinematic camera movement, 8K architectural visualization. 3D Text Sequence: As the camera passes through the glass facade, a futuristic metallic 3D title "LIVING ROOM" materializes inside the space. The letters form from glowing blueprint lines, digital particles, and holographic wireframes. Brushed titanium finish, transparent glass edges, subtle cyan LED glow, Apple Vision Pro-inspired technology aesthetic. The text floats elegantly above the floor while the furniture assembles itself. As the camera settles, the LIVING ROOM title slowly dissolves into light particles, revealing the completed interior.

Step 3: Refine the Interior Rendering

Before generating more videos, you can refine the interior rendering using AI editing tools.

Move Objects

The Move Object feature lets you reposition furniture without manually editing the image.

Simply select the object, drag it to a new location, and generate an updated rendering. The AI keeps the lighting, shadows, and perspective consistent.

Generate New Camera Angles

Another useful feature is Multi-Angle, which is especially helpful for architectural and interior renderings.

Instead of creating a completely new rendering from scratch, rotate the camera cube to select the viewpoint you want. For example, you can create a low-angle view from the left side of the sofa, a dining room view, or a more cinematic living room perspective.

Video 3: AI Real Estate Agent Introduction

Now use the updated interior rendering. Switch back to Video mode and paste your prompt.

This time, introduce a virtual real estate agent who jumps into the room and begins presenting the space. You can also add dynamic 3D neon text, titles, and motion graphics to make the video more engaging.

Prompt

Luxury cliffside living room, floor-to-ceiling glass, tennis court view, Bauhaus furniture,  high-tech architecture. A real-estate agent jumps into the center of the room and lands confidently. As he lands, large floating rounded panels and bold kinetic typography pop out around him, inspired by premium social media motion graphics. Text animation: WELCOME TO THE TENNIS VILLA The agent looks at the camera and says: "Welcome to the tennis villa." He begins walking through the space while the camera follows smoothly. Floating text and UI-style callouts appear beside key features, then dissolve into particles. Warm natural light moves across the interior, creating cinematic reflections and shadows. Photorealistic, luxury real-estate commercial, Apple Vision Pro aesthetic, dynamic typography, smooth camera movement, 8K cinematic quality.

Video 4: Continue the House Tour

Use another prompt to extend the story. The AI generates a new scene where the real estate agent guides viewers upstairs, creating a smooth transition to the second floor and continuing the cinematic house tour.

Prompt

Luxury real estate cinematic. The agent stands in the living room beside the floor-to-ceiling glass façade overlooking the tennis court and mountain landscape. A floating metallic 3D title appears: SECOND FLOOR SUITE The agent turns toward the staircase and says: “Let’s head upstairs and take a look at the primary suite.” The camera smoothly follows behind him as he walks toward the floating staircase. Warm sunlight streams through the glass walls, creating moving reflections across the floor. As he ascends the stairs, futuristic UI-style graphics and floating text briefly appear: PRIVATE RETREAT PANORAMIC VIEWS LUXURY LIVING The camera continues upward in a seamless shot. Upon reaching the second floor, the bedroom doors automatically slide open. The camera enters the master bedroom, revealing floor-to-ceiling glass, breathtaking mountain views, minimalist luxury furnishings, and warm golden-hour light. A large metallic 3D title emerges above the bed: PRIMARY BEDROOM The agent walks to the window, gestures toward the view, and smiles at the camera. The text slowly dissolves into elegant digital particles. Photorealistic, luxury real estate marketing, smooth gimbal camera movement, Apple Vision Pro aesthetic, cinematic lighting, high-tech architecture, Bauhaus interior design, 8K architectural visualization.

Build a Brand Identity

Once the videos are finished, switch to Brand Kit.

Describe the villa’s architectural concept, design style, target audience, and key features. Lovart can generate a complete brand identity, including a logo, typography, color palette, and visual direction.

The AI can also analyze your logo and extract matching brand colors. You can add more colors if you want a richer brand palette. Once everything is ready, save the Brand Kit so you can reuse it across future projects.

Generate a Website

With your Brand Kit ready, ask Lovart to generate a website for the villa.

Upload the images and videos you created earlier. The AI analyzes the branding, visual assets, and design language, then generates a homepage that matches the villa’s identity.

You can continue expanding the site with additional pages, such as:

  • About
  • Gallery
  • Floor Plans
  • Amenities
  • Contact

Create Marketing Materials

The Brand Kit also works with Lovart’s built-in Skills, allowing you to create branded marketing assets quickly.

You can generate social media posts, brochures, presentation boards, e-commerce visuals, and promotional materials. Because the AI already understands your branding, every asset follows the same visual language.

Final Thoughts

With a single architectural rendering, AI can now generate an entire real estate marketing campaign — from cinematic videos and interior visualizations to branding, websites, and promotional materials.

What once required multiple software tools and creative professionals can now be created in one connected workflow.

If you’re an architect, visualization artist, real estate developer, or designer, this approach can dramatically speed up your content creation process while still keeping the final result polished and professional.
